14-day money-back guarantee
The Layout Face lifetime license is a one-time digital purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason.
EU right of withdrawal
If you are an EU consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. Because the license unlocks digital functionality immediately, you consent to that immediate access at checkout; regardless, our voluntary 14-day guarantee above meets or exceeds this right.
How to request a refund
Email flavio@trilha.info from your account email with the subject “Refund request.” Include the email you purchased with. We process approved refunds to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
What happens after a refund
When a refund is issued, your license is deactivated and access to paid features (saving unlimited custom watchfaces) ends. Free features — designing faces and installing the included presets — remain available. Any faces already installed on your watch via a layout code keep working, since they live on the device.
